Two years ago, Blockchain.com had just over 100 employees working from three offices in two countries. Today, we have almost 400 employees from every corner of the globe serving 37 million customers in over 200 countries.

With that growth comes new challenges and opportunities for providing a best-in-class employee experience, which is why I’m delighted to officially welcome Maya Miller as our Chief People Officer, a long-time consultant to our company.

Maya brings 20 years of expertise in human resources to our fast-growing team. With experience in startups and Fortune 500 companies alike, Maya has helped companies like LendingClub (NYSE: LC), Ripple, The PlumpJack Group, Wells Fargo Asset Management (NYSE: WFC) and Financial Engines (NASDAQ: FNGN) make the most of their People Operations.

Prior to her role as VP of People Success for LendingClub, she was the founding HR executive for Ripple, where she led the creation of company values, built HR infrastructure, and grew and led the People and Talent teams. She also led the HR function at The PlumpJack Group and YuMe. With an MBA in Organizational Development, she’s a certified leadership coach — and outside the office — a talented yoga instructor.

Her focus will be hiring top talent, enhancing employee benefits, strengthening workplace culture, and incorporating core business values into people systems. She’ll also help ensure a seamless integration for new employees into our remote-first culture, through onboarding and M&A integration programs.

Under Maya’s leadership, we’ll continue scaling our People function at a rapid pace and establish Blockchain.com as one of the world’s best places to work.

P.S. In the spirit of growing our team, we’re hiring! Check out our open positions here.
